If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy within 3 days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Time Frame: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damage. All original tags, packaging, and accessories that came with the item must be intact.
- Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure that it is protected during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Items that have been used are non-returnable.
- Fragile items are not refundable.
- Opened or unsealed packaged items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@greenash.ae within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item if necessary.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the item is returned safely.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Approval: Once the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
- Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for certain items.
- Payment Processor Fee: We use Stripe for the Checkout system. The Stripe fee is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, size, or style, please contact our customer service team to discuss the available options. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
