How to Choose
For painting, choose masking tape by surface and how long it stays on. For sealing heat or AC ducting, aluminium foil tape is the right choice. For temporary repairs on hoses, tarps or bags, duct tape is usually enough. Double-sided tape suits light mounting jobs indoors, such as fixing signs, mats or trims. Warning tape is for marking, not bonding, so tie or stake it at each end.
